New High Spec. Stellite Tipped Wide Bandsaws
Using high grade steel and high quality Stellite, these blades are made to each customers specification. Whether it's for softwood or hardwood, or for a kerf reduction programme our blades are manufactured to your specification, giving long life performance (typically 16 hours), with a superior, almost planed finish. This is all achieved by the use of the latest CNC equipment and the extensive saw mill knowledge gained by our well renowned "troubleshooting" Saw Doctor.
Consumables
Our extensive range of consumables for the saw milling sector include: Bandsaw guides, Drip feed fluid (lubrication), Tooth protector strip, Stellite rods etc.
Wood Mill Blades
A special "ripper 37" blade, new to the market, has proved very popular and successful for the wood mill type machines (woodmizer/forestor etc). We are pleased to be agents for this product.
Slabber saws, inserted teeth and multi-rip blades to all specifications can be supplied along with chipper cantor knives, shredder blades etc.
